Shipping Information
We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our Hamilton, Ontario warehouse.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. You'll see Standard and (where available) Express options before you pay.

All prices in CAD. Final shipping cost depends on order weight and is shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status in real-time.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return

- Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at moneygetterssos@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
